IT Integration Manager

To strengthen the project team, an experienced IT Integration Manager (m/f/d) is sought, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities within a complex IT project environment, working closely with the project management and the entire project team.

• Integration Planning and Coordination: Development and implementation of integration strategies and plans
• Collaboration with IT Teams: Close cooperation with application managers, IT subproject leaders, IT infrastructure staff, as well as external service providers.
• Coordination of interface partners: Implementation of technical integrations (in compliance with regulatory requirements)
• Translation of technical requirements: Advancing the translation of technical interface requirements into technical assignments, e.g., application configurations or firewall openings with IP addresses and TCP ports, integration platform.
• Coordination of technical implementation: Central coordination, management, and control of the operational execution of architectural concepts, interfaces, and other relevant areas, including ensuring seamless technical connectivity at infrastructure and application levels.
• Management of interim structures ("Technical Debt"): Planning, supporting implementation, and subsequent dissolution of interim structures that arise due to delayed availability of the target architecture.
• Documentation and Reporting: Documentation of technical connections (e.g., firewall authorizations) as well as interim solutions and technical debt, including decommissioning planning, and regular reporting to project management.
• Continuous Improvement: Implementation of best practices for the continuous optimization of IT integration
