Your role in the team
- As a central interface between our systems, partners, and IT, you will gradually take on responsibility for the following areas:
- System & Rule Management: You set up automation specifications in our pre-production and production systems and maintain complex rule sets (including in XML format) that govern our data handling and processes.
- Interfaces & API Management: You create mapping templates for API integrations and actively support our partners in setting up interfaces.
- Automation: You develop your own automation flows (with n8n) and ensure seamless integration with our internal systems.
- Onboarding & Setup: You are responsible for the content-related system setup (workflows) of the production sites as well as for creating and managing production overview lists.
- Communication & Coordination: You regularly communicate with network and external production partners.
- Teamwork: You work closely with our in-house development department as well as the webshop team and provide valuable support for new features.

- Since our software landscape is entirely in-house developed, we do not expect you to be already familiar with our systems. More important to us are your quick comprehension skills and your logical understanding of processes.
- Knowledge of automation tools (such as n8n or comparable) is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in good to very good English is essential to communicate with our international partners.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused manner.
Experience
- You have experience working with data structures, ideally with very good knowledge of XML and a basic understanding of API integrations (data mappings).
- Ideally: You have prior experience in the printing industry, prepress, or industrial manufacturing and understand the processes involved there.
