Qualifications
- You have a strong portfolio focused on campaigns, ads, and creative work (not primarily product UX/UI).
- You are able to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- You actively use AI tools in your creative process.
- You understand performance-driven design (conversion, testing, iteration).
- You are fluent in English and your local language (CZ, DE, NL, or FR depending on location).
- You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: Portfolio including motion design, animation, or video/film work.

Experience
- You have 5+ years of experience in creative design, advertising, or digital marketing.
- You have experience creating advertising assets across multiple formats (static, motion, video, landing pages).
- You have hands-on experience with modern web design tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, or similar).
- Nice to have: Experience working in a creative or advertising agency.
