Our expectations of you
Education
- Completed degree or a comparable qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, or a similar field, as well as several years of professional experience, ideally at least 5 years, in the area of electrical drive systems, motor technology, or application engineering.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in hardware development with EDA systems (e.g., Altium or OrCAD), communication protocols such as Modbus, reverse engineering, and firmware applications are advantageous.
- Good command of English as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a structured way of working, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment in cross-functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Experience
- Solid knowledge of electronics and motor technology, ideally with experience in three-phase inverters, brushless motors, and electric drive systems.
- Experience in analyzing technical failure patterns, conducting root cause analyses, and developing and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Confident reading and understanding of electrical and electronic circuit diagrams, as well as experience in handling technical specifications and documentation.
- Experience with development and simulation tools such as LabVIEW, Cadence, or MATLAB is desirable.
