Education

• You have studied computer science or completed a comparable qualification, and if possible, have already gained some project experience.

Qualifications

• We develop web applications in Java, with the UI using Angular and Vue.js, meaning we are quite proficient with Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strengthening in this environment would initially be our main concern.
• This also includes backend development with Java and Spring Boot, as well as web services using REST, SOAP, and XML.
• And then we deploy everything using Jenkins, GitLab, Spring Boot, Wildfly, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• If you're already familiar with all of this, perfect — if not, we can teach you, provided you're curious and have an understanding of cloud-native architectures.
• We feel responsible for our software within our team and are proud of the solutions we develop.
• We work well together as a team and help each other.
• Continuous professional development, self-responsibility, self-organization within the team, and also time for new ideas are supported by us but also expected.
• We are not looking for a code monkey, but a software developer who builds modern frontends, is well-versed in cloud-native environments, and sees AI-powered development as an opportunity.
• If you are also able to responsibly translate the requirements of the specialist departments into clean software, we look forward to hearing from you.

Experience

• Initial practical experience with AI-assisted software development (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) would definitely also be helpful.
