- Take ownership of AI governance: EU AI Act readiness as both a deployer and a provider, our AI Usage Guideline, and a client-facing Transparency Charter—making compliance a fast, reliable service, never a bottleneck.
- Represent the AI CoE on our Tech and AI Board and become the one door every business knocks on for AI questions.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- A genuine track record of redesigning processes (Lean, BPM, service design or similar), including the facilitation skills to lead that work with people who don't report to you.
- Hands-on technical range: LLM/agent architectures, orchestration, RAG, MCP, and working fluency across today's major enterprise AI stacks (Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Atlassian Rovo, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Solid regulatory footing: EU AI Act deployer/provider obligations and GDPR in a data-processing context.
- The influence to lead without formal authority and turn a network of part-time volunteers into a genuine delivery engine.
- Fluent English (C1–C2) and working proficiency in German.
