Your role in the team

- Automate reporting workflows, ensure end-to-end quality with automated tests, and apply AI technologies where they meaningfully improve productivity and business processes.
- Actively contribute to the Scrum team, share your knowledge as a mentor, and continuously develop best practices for code quality, testing, and technical collaboration.
Our expectations of you
Education
- You have completed a degree or equivalent IT training and have 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Qualifications
- You are familiar with financial accounting and understand basic posting logic as well as interest and fee calculations.
- Excellent German and English skills enable you to collaborate confidently in an international environment.
Experience
- Extensive experience in backend development with Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins, JUnit 5, and Cucumber is part of your technical foundation.
- You have excellent knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle SQL, and experience with ORM architectures as well as processing and optimizing large volumes of data.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud development with Azure or AI prompting is a plus.
