- Komplexe IT-, Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb leiten.
- Anforderungen mit Produktion, Fachbereichen und IT aufnehmen, priorisieren und in tragfähige Lösungen überführen.
- Projektziele, Budgets, Ressourcen, Termine, Risiken und Qualität verlässlich steuern.
- IT-Lösungen sicher und stabil in produktionsnahe IT- und OT-Umgebungen integrieren.
- Interne Teams, konzernweite Einheiten und externe Dienstleistende koordinieren.
- Entscheidungen vorbereiten, Fortschritte transparent berichten und Eskalationen lösungsorientiert moderieren.
- IT-Architekturen, Infrastrukturstandards und Sicherheitskonzepte gemeinsam weiterentwickeln.
- Klassische, agile oder hybride Projektmethoden passend zum Vorhaben einsetzen.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Gutes Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerken, Systemarchitekturen und produktionsnahen OT-Umgebungen.
- Kenntnisse in Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen von Vorteil.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projektbudgets, Ressourcen, Risiken, Qualität und Management-Reporting.
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
- Erfahrung in der Stahlindustrie oder einem industriellen Konzernumfeld von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung mit Infrastruktur-, Migrations-, Digitalisierungs- oder IT-Sicherheitsprojekten.
