As a junior consultant, you have the opportunity to act in different roles depending on project requirements. This can include working closely with experienced consultants, leading smaller work packages or taking independent responsibility for specific areas of analysis. 1. Project management: You support the planning, implementation and monitoring of digitalization projects as well as the conception and implementation of workshops and training courses.
2. Analysis and diagnosis: You carry out current analyzes of existing business processes and identify optimization potential, for example through data collection and analysis, in order to develop well-founded recommendations for digitalization.
3. Consulting and client communication: You and your team will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. You are responsible for presenting analyses, recommendations and progress to clients and other stakeholders.
4. Digitalization strategy: You support the development and implementation of digitalization strategies that are tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
5. Innovation management: You actively follow trends and developments in the area of digitalization and bring innovative ideas and best practices into consulting projects.
