Your role in the team
- While we delight most of our customers with the standard version of Odoo, we develop custom features for specific requirements.
- As a Software Engineer, you turn these requirements into reality and support the entire process, from technical analysis and development through to support.

Our expectations of you
Education
- A completed degree in (business) computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable technical qualification, as well as extensive hands-on experience in software development.
Qualifications
- Very good German and English skills (C1–C2).
- You enjoy analyzing complex requirements, thinking them through logically, and translating them into clean, efficient code.
- You understand the business logic behind the lines of code and are committed to creating real value for end users.
- You work independently, quickly get up to speed with new frameworks, and are eager to keep developing your skills.
- You communicate proactively, clearly, and transparently.
- Willingness to work at our headquarters in Belgium during a temporary onboarding period.
Experience
- You have a strong command of at least one programming language and experience working with relational databases.
