You develop efficient agents and workflows for ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 using Python with FastAPI. You test solutions in practice and coordinate access and data protection requirements with IT and business departments.

Your role in the team
- Du baust Agents und Workflows, die sich in bestehende Systeme einfügen, etwa in ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365 oder Zeiterfassung.
- Schnittstellen zu diesen Systemen entwickelst du in Python, meist mit FastAPI.
- Mit IT, Security und Datenschutz unserer Kund:innen klärst du Zugriffe, Berechtigungen und Freigaben.
- In der Pilotphase prüfst du mit den Fachbereichen, ob die Lösung wirkt, und bringst sie danach in die Breite.
- Aus jedem Projekt entstehen Bausteine, die du für das nächste wiederverwendbar machst.
- Gemeinsam mit AI Engineers und Consultants planst du, wie eine Lösung bei Kund:innen dauerhaft läuft.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Feld, alternativ vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung.
Qualifications
- Du hast Software in bestehende Unternehmenslandschaften integriert, etwa über REST-APIs, Microsoft Graph oder ERP-Schnittstellen.
- Mit LLM-APIs, Tool Use und Agent-Frameworks hast du bereits Anwendungen gebaut, die produktiv laufen.
- Berechtigungen, Identity und Datenschutz gehören für dich zur Lösung dazu.
- Vor Fachbereichen und IT-Leitung erklärst du Technik verständlich und vertrittst deine Empfehlungen.
- Einsätze bei Kund:innen in ganz Deutschland passen in deinen Alltag.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weil der Kundenkontakt auf Deutsch läuft.
Experience
- Python beherrschst du sicher, Erfahrung mit Azure und Microsoft 365 ist ein Plus.
