In this role, you will install and configure ELO software in customer projects, implement solutions, and configure workflows. You will support project management through workshops and collaborate closely with development.

Your role in the team
- Installation und Konfiguration von ELO Software in Kundenprojekten.
- Implementierung von it.conex-eigenen Lösungen und Modulen in Kundensystemen.
- Technische Unterstützung des Bereichs Projektmanagement, u.a. durch Mitgestaltung von Workshops und Pflichtenheften.
- Konfiguration von Workflows und digitalen Prozessen auf Basis der ELO Software.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Entwicklung zur Verbesserung und Standardisierung von ELO Lösungen und eigenen Modulen.
- Unterstützung in Kundensupporten.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Qualifications
- Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk, Active Directory, Exchange).
- Kenntnisse im Bereich SQL-Datenbanken (insb. Microsoft SQL & PostgreSQL).
- Kundenorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
- Bereitschaft, sich langfristig und tiefgehend in ELO ECM einzuarbeiten.
- JavaScript Kenntnisse prozessorientierte Denkweise von Vorteil.
