Our expectations of you
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field - combined with 8+ years of Software Engineering experience and at least 2 years in Architecture for high-performance, real-time, or media systems.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of system-level development, distributed architectures, scalable and fault-tolerant systems, and hybrid/cloud deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- A strategic thinker with strong communication skills able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive architectural alignment across teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, documentation-driven, and willing to travel occasionally (e.g., R&D hubs, tradeshows, customer visits)
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German skills are an asset
Experience
- Strong background in professional broadcast systems, live production, or sports technology, with hands-on experience in CPU/GPU-based video and audio processing pipelines.
