Lead Product Owner

As a Senior Lead Product Owner (m/f/d), you will work closely with departments and technology on the implementation of future telecommunications products and services in our technological platforms. Among other things, we are currently working on an exciting transformation project with which we are making our business processes faster, simpler, more digital and more customer-friendly. For example, in the future, customers will be able to order a mobile phone contract from home in just a few minutes and start making calls straight away in our modern 5G+ network. In the project you could help make our customers' lives easier and better - and also improve our own structures and processes in product and service development. 1. You advise departments on the implementation of the telecommunications products and services of the future with a 360-degree view, from initial IT consulting and requirements analysis to software development and commercial launch
2. You are responsible for large projects or programs (e.g. as a tribe lead) and ensure project implementation through proactive coordination with stakeholders, taking time, quality and budget into account
3. You ensure a consistent, digital customer experience in all customer interactions through standardization, automation and digitalization of business processes
4. You plan project roadmaps taking dependencies into account and prepare management decision templates
5. You design structural changes, e.g. in Scaled Agile projects, and ensure their successful implementation
6. You optimize existing software development processes and shape digital transformation by identifying and implementing measures for modern software development, especially in the areas of scaled agile and requirements engineering
