Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• You are familiar with professional software development with content such as SOLID principles, clean code, separation of concerns, design patterns, etc
• In addition to our basic requirements, you should feel comfortable in our stack. We don't expect you to be a pro in all areas, but to be familiar with one or the other of the following list:
• PHP 7+, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Twig, Silex, Symfony, Composer
• Javascript, Webpack, NPM, Vue or Docker, Nginx, Apache
• Git, CI/CD, testing
• Good English knowledge
• The TOWA skillset includes the following competencies - if you bring some with you - then perfect: teamwork, communication skills with colleagues, team leads and customers, a strong ability to cooperate, creativity, the ability to act in a result-oriented manner, drive, the ability to our customers and to give us good advice internally, organizational skills, self-management and an eye for details while at the same time being able to take it easy.

Experience

• At least 5 years of practical experience in dealing with PHP
• Or you have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with JAVA and frameworks like Spring and are willing to learn something new
• You have practical experience with frameworks such as Zend, Symfony, Shopware 6, Laravel or similar
