Your role in the team
- You’re our go-to person for Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- You decide how a tenant is set up, which policies apply to accounts and devices, and how the data is migrated cleanly from the old file server to SharePoint.

- Conduct assessments with customers and develop a target vision based on the findings: Where should IT be in one to two years?
- Plan and execute migrations: from file servers to SharePoint, from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, from one tenant to another, or away from on-premises Active Directory.
- Help implement the plan: test run, weekend cutover, fallback plan, and user support afterward.
- Document concepts so that executive management and the board can make decisions: with options, costs, and risks.
- Estimate effort realistically and prepare proposals together with the executive management.
- Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools for customers—with streamlined permissions, sensitivity labels, and data protection clarified.
- Automate recurring tasks: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or Power Automate.
- Second-level escalation for all matters related to Microsoft 365 and end-user devices — on-site in Berlin.
- Clearly explain technical decisions, including to executive teams without an IT background.
- Brief security and application training sessions for our customers’ employees.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Training as an IT specialist in system integration or at least two years of hands-on experience in administration.
Qualifications
- You’ll work primarily on-site: at our office in Schöneberg and occasionally at our clients’ locations in Berlin, with up to 2 days of working from home per week.
- You think in concepts first, then in clicks: You’ve already planned and carried out a Microsoft 365 migration or a large-scale device rollout yourself, and you can document it clearly.
- Responsible use of AI: You enjoy using AI tools and review their results before they reach customers.
- You don’t run a script you don’t understand, and you only enter customer data into approved tools.
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good written and spoken English skills.
