In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the server infrastructure, conduct system analysis and troubleshooting, create and maintain documentation, and support users.

Your role in the team
- Administration, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der notwendigen IT-Infrastruktur (Windows-Server, Linux in verschiedenen Ausprägungen, Docker, zahlreiche Fachanwendungen).
- Erste Ansprechperson für diverse Stakeholder (Fachbereich, Projekte, Entwicklungsdienstleister, …) zu Fragen der Serverinfrastruktur.
- Systematische Problemanalyse und Fehlerbehebung.
- Scripting sowohl im Linux- als auch im Windows-Umfeld.
- Beratung und Schulung der Anwender/innen.
- Erstellung und Pflege von neuen und bestehenden Dokumentationen.
- Mitarbeit im 2nd Level Support.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Gutes Grundverständnis von IT-Security.
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Webserver (Apache, NGINX, IIS, etc.).
- Gute Programmierkenntnisse in PHP, Javascript.
- Sehr gutes Prozessdenken und die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erfassen.
- Eine hohe Motivation sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent kombiniert mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Experience
- Praktische Erfahrung im Monitoring, Tuning, Fehlermanagement und im Umgang mit Changes und Releases, sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Docker, Kubernetes und Ansible.
