Your role in the team
- The Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for establishing, scaling and continuously improving the agile operating model across the meoSphere programme.
- Reporting to the VP of Programme Management, the Senior RTE acts as the programme-level agile leader, coach, and facilitator, enabling globally distributed Integrated Product Teams to adopt SAFe-like agile practices and deliver effectively at scale.

- Support agile tooling, standards, training and onboarding to promote consistent ways of working.
- Provide leadership with clear visibility of programme agility, delivery performance, delivery risks and improvement opportunities.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Qualifications
- Understanding of systems engineering, programme delivery, integration activities, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) operating models.
- Demonstrated coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile-at-scale certification.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent programme/project management certification.
- Knowledge of satellite communications, space systems, and complex systems engineering programmes.
- The candidate must be eligible for a "SECRET" security clearance, in accordance with the national regulations as well as EU/ESA/NATO equivalents.
- Willing to work 60% onsite from office.

- Typically 8+ years of experience implementing Agile delivery within large, complex technical programmes, including experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
