Our expectations of you

Education

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Information Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, or a comparable qualification.

Qualifications

• Application of VS requirement profiles from the BSI as well as comparable regulatory specifications for IT security products, including threat analysis, definition of security objectives, and implementation of derived security requirements.
• Familiar with software development tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, TFS, and Git.
• Secure in requirements management and the specification of system functions and interfaces.
• Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as architecture frameworks (TOGAF, NAF) and model-based systems engineering (UML, SysML).
• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in German and English.
• Up to 20% travel willingness for on-site customer appointments.
• Hands-on mentality, high motivation and commitment, as well as strong analytical skills and self-organization.
• Due to our collaboration with clients in the critical infrastructure sector, a security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) may be required.

Experience

• Knowledge and experience in the field of cryptographically secured transmission of sensitive information over potentially insecure networks, particularly in the following areas: hardware and software solutions for VPN clients and VPN gateways, secure mobile applications, securing end devices and platforms through storage encryption, integrity protection, access control, identification and authentication, protection of servers and central services, e.g., in the areas of Mobile Device Management and crypto management, deployment of certificate-based security solutions, implementation and operation of an X.509 PKI, and application of CV certificates.
• Ideally, experience in a military or Bundeswehr environment.
