- Ideally, some initial experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN), network automation, or Infrastructure as Code.
- A vendor certification (e.g., Cisco CCNA) in enterprise networking is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented manner when interacting with our customers and service providers.
- Willingness to work outside regular working hours, participate in on-call duty, and travel occasionally to our locations.
