Education

• Completed studies, training in the field of computer science or comparable qualification.

Qualifications

• You already have extensive knowledge in the support and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks and server systems.
• Solid knowledge of system and network administration: You are familiar with the administration of Active Directory, Azure and VoIP telephone systems.
• Knowledge in the administration and support of clients and mobile devices.
• Problem-oriented thinking and solution-oriented support: You find solutions to technical problems quickly and efficiently, whether via remote support, on the phone or on-site.
• You enjoy actively supporting the company on its path to digital transformation and are open to contributing your own ideas to the further development of the IT strategy.
• Strong communication skills: You can communicate technical issues to employees in an understandable manner and provide support in training on new systems and applications.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative: You enjoy working in a team, but are also able to develop solutions independently and take on responsibility.

Experience

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies: You have experience in managing virtual servers and supporting private cloud infrastructures.
