In this role, you will manage data in SAP Product Lifecycle Management, create reports, and handle document management within international projects.

Your role in the team
- Transfer technischer Dokumentationen und Daten innerhalb nationaler und internationaler Konsortien.
- Unterstützung des Engineerings im Dokumentenmanagement und in der Dokumentenlenkung.
- Datenaufbereitung, Datenabgleich sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Reports, Auswertungen und Statusübersichten.
- Stammdatenpflege in Datenbanken sowie im SAP Product Lifecycle Management.
- Unterstützung des Konfigurationsmanagements über den Produkt- und Projektlebenszyklus.
- Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Engineering und Fachbereichen.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Technischer Produktdesigner oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Kenntnisse im Product Lifecycle Management, vorzugsweise mit SAP Product Lifecycle Management.
- Verständnis für Vorgaben und Prozesse im Konfigurationsmanagement.
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative sowie Belastbarkeit in kritischen Projektphasen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Experience
- Berufserfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Konfigurationsmanagement oder technischem Dokumentenmanagement.
- Erfahrung in Stammdatenpflege, Datenaufbereitung, Datenanalyse und Reporting.
